Trust Induction

Inductions at East Cheshire NHS Trust are essential to help all new employees understand our way of working and delivering care. Our Induction programme is broken down into four main categories; Corporate Induction, Core Mandatory e-learning, Role Specific Induction and a Local Induction.

Day 1 - Corporate Induction

Morning Session

Corporate Induction is absolutely vital for all new starters. It is an opportunity for you to meet one of the Executive team and hear all about what is happening at the trust and, more importantly, our opportunity to welcome you on board. The sessions are facilitated by one of the OD or HR Managers who will be on hand to answer any of your specific queries. After your Executive welcome, you will meet the Library and Knowledge team, receive information from the corporate teams and hear all about our shared values and behaviours and our dignity promise.
All new starters from all staff group are to attend the morning session.
